Frequently Asked Questions

What is the role of a sleep consultant?

As a sleep consultant, I tailor solutions to fit your child's individual needs. By understanding your little one's unique requirements, I craft bespoke plan to guide your family towards improved sleep.

Do I have to leave my child to cry alone?

My priority is to design a plan that respects your comfort level. Together, we'll develop strategies that align with your parenting philosophy and support both you and your little one through the sleep journey.

Will my child cry during the process?

It's crucial to recognize that adjusting a child's sleep expectations may provoke resistance, often expressed through tears. While I can't guarantee a tear-free experience, I assure you that our collaboration will prioritize your child's emotional well-being. Together, we'll provide the necessary support and love to help them adapt to these changes with care and understanding.

Is it hard to change sleep habits?

This really depends on your child's temperament and their specific sleep challenges. The key to success is consistency and patience, if you can continue to show up for yourself and you'll little one you will get there.

How do you handle setbacks or if the initial plan doesn’t work?

There is always a reason for the suggestion not working for your little one. If you have purchased the Ultimate or Signature package, I will work closely with your family to identify and address the specific challenges. We will assess and adjust the plan as needed to find a solution that best suits your family’s unique needs and circumstances.

Do you customise plans for each family, or do you use a one-size-fits-all approach?

I always ensure that my packages are tailored specifically to your child, your family, and your unique family philosophy. This personalized approach allows us to address your individual needs and circumstances effectively, ensuring the best possible outcome for your child’s sleep.

Are there any additional resources or tools you provide?

There may be additional tools or resources that I suggest, which can be helpful for your child's success. However, these are not essential. What is most important is your commitment and ability to follow through with the plan we develop together.
